Fiona Stanley Hospital
Murdoch, Western Australia
With 643 inpatient beds (80% private with ensuites), a world-class integrated cancer centre, and major state centres for trauma, burns, and organ transplantation, the hospital provides comprehensive, patient-centered care. The facility also houses a 70-bed emergency department, 60-bed ICU, 18-room operating suite, and a dedicated research precinct, ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence.
By balancing cutting-edge medical infrastructure with patient-first principles, the hospital sets a new benchmark for Australian healthcare, ensuring adaptability for future medical advancements.
It is a huge project, a complex one. It is more than simply a hospital – there are eight buildings on this site, hundreds of beds. The clinical services and research facilities are truly magnificent.
